冠達星智能家居產業(yè)園位于晉江經濟開發(fā)區(qū)五里園鴻福路6號，規(guī)劃占地總面積136畝，總建筑面積32萬平方米，建設有第五代H型標準廠房、高級共享辦公樓、產品展示中心、復合生態(tài)公寓。園區(qū)植入綠色環(huán)保新能源、時尚休閑商業(yè)、黨群鄰里中心、智慧化物業(yè)服務、數(shù)智化企業(yè)運營共享服務平臺等生產生活配套，園區(qū)主要以引進智能家居、戶外裝備、新能源及相關的配套產業(yè)。

Guandaxing Smart Home Industrial Park is located at No. 6, Hongfu Road, Wuli Park, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone. It is planned to cover a total area of 136 mu, with a total construction area of 320,000 square meters. The park includes the fifth-generation H-type standard factory buildings, high-level shared office buildings, a product exhibition center, and compound ecological apartments. The park is equipped with production and living facilities such as green and environmentally friendly new energy sources, fashionable and leisure commercial areas, a Party-mass neighborhood center, intelligent property services, and a shared service platform for digital and intelligent enterprise operations. The park mainly focuses on introducing smart home, outdoor equipment, new energy, and related supporting industries.
